Nope. I would have had 0 AI generated images and videos in my feed if it was not for the Instagram boss himself, who decided to insert those in my feed, from accounts I don't follow and don't want to see. He killed the Instagram feed the exact same way he killed the Facebook feed.

Stop pushing posts from external accounts into my feed and it may come back to life.
