However an equally long papaer could be written critiquing the gas analysis procedures used, and how that relates to the raw data they employed, in details that are beyond the range of the research objective.

But could turn out to be more significant than some of the detectable trends.

IOW there are layers of raw data below that which they reached.

I never liked the idea of:

1. Gassing my indoor air;

2. Burning the gas and ingesting the fumes.

In general, cooking produces a lot of carcinogens, so the best would be like my grandmas used to do it - outside!
