Love those arbitration clauses. Of course, to the degree that's a contract, it'd still need to be backed up by a court of law. But if you sign up to a service that changes its terms and conditions without ever getting you to sign on to the specific change, you're not expecting any quality of service anyway. They can just change the terms to "we're selling your info for a nickel to Josef" and you've agreed to it already.
