This is my experience with the Glove80 and the Maltron. I don't have any reason to use the function keys, but I found the number keys needed an awkward prod. Consciously keeping my palm on the rests mitigated the problem to some degree, but I find that an unnatural position, possibly because I am a pianist and keep my wrists a bit higher. Stepped rather than bowled keyboards might help, but I prefer a flat keyboard, or one that is tilted slightly away from me. This is not to say that other people will not like the Glove80, and it is certainly well made.
