"Agenda" out, silent reading of document in.

Bit bizarre, but in this attention economy, I guess it's the only way to make sure participants are on the same page.

For example I put an agenda in a Google Calendar meeting and most people don't notice it.



It depends on company culture. My old job, people read meeting descriptions. New job, no.

My favorite is to try to CHANGE the culture to what I want it to be. Though I am not starting with the meeting agendas on that.
