I was doing this software last 15 years and I can continue for 15 years more. My market size is every small company in the world, my solution is general, universal and free to start. Yet I don't fit. Well, guess I have to do something differently =)

How do you mitigate potential customer's risk when switching from their existing methods to a new company without a clear cash flow model?

To me, $0 is only attractive if their is minimal investment of my time and resources. If I need to switch business processes, that is never the case and if I have to switch business processes, then stability of the service provider is critical.

"Every small company in the world" is not a market because there are too many unique needs...or rather it is end point not a starting point for building a company. The starting point is getting customers one by one.

Good luck.

Thank you for question. If risk is high, why not just take Tier 3 offer? It's not free, but server is yours. $0 is only for small companies.

How is that better than an accountant?

I'm not trying to give you a hard time. I guess what I am getting at is "Why do you think there is an underserved market?"

Accountant as a person? Nohow, I just hope that this is good for accountant and for entrepreneur simultaneously.

Any market is served somehow. I believe it is worth finding out if this offer is better than what is being served.
