I think it came out on a demo disk at some point. You got to move the dino about and maybe the light source? It's been a long time!

For me it came on a disk caled Demo 1 which shipped with the first issue of the Playstation.

Same here, it came with a demo disk attached to the PS1. G-Police was on there too and Abe's Oddyssee I believe.

Yes, I distinctly remember rotating this model around on an original PS1 many (many) years ago.
