Hey HNers, I was thinking earlier this evening about if I had been in the same position as many variously successful startup founders (eg those of Craigslist), there are uncountably many ways in which I would have made decisions that would ultimately lead to a flop rather than the successes those various companies have become.
I'm sharing this thought because I think 1) its an interesting mental exercise for understanding ones's own decision making processes and 2) I'm curious about the nature of the hypothetical mistakes other people think they might make.
