Hi HN,

I've spent most of the year wrangling with the Google Analytics API to build a nicer web-based interface than the official one we all love to hate!

It's completely private, runs client-side in the browser, only requires read-only access, and no data is ever sent to our server.

Works on both desktop and mobile. Hand coded old-school style - no frameworks, just a sprinkling of jquery :)

I've tried to take all the essential bits of GA (usually hidden all over the place under layers of menus) and put them all on one easy-to-use dashboard, which you can check and understand at a glance. You can also dig deeper with filters, history etc.

It's been genuinely surprising how much more I've gleaned from the stats with this new approach.

Hope some of you find it useful too. Would love to hear any feedback or ideas!

Thanks, Steve

Thanks for the comments everyone :)
