I will say that C is a perfect low level language for bootstrapping more complex systems and languages. If I were building a bootstrap compiler I would write it in C and have it emit C. Specifically C89/99 ONLY with no POSIX/GNU deps. that will guarantee a large swath of compiler and system support out of the box.
I haven’t tried this app yet, but my attempts at speaking to ChatGPT in Spanish were pretty dull. Almost every sentence the model replied with “Claro!” and tended to repeat itself often
Reading this on airline wifi right now makes me realise just how unusable some stuff becomes with choppy internet. E.g. I can’t change settings on the LinkedIn app because the request to load the settings page fails :/.
