I guess account is one whole system the way they built it so it includes his iCloud and whatnot.
This should be last resort solution for Apple. I’m thinking well past 3 months of notifications or something, maybe even a year, considering it goes beyond just the card itself.
"At 3 seconds prior to the crash and up to the time of impact with the crash attenuator, the Tesla’s speed increased from 62 to 70.8 mph, with no precrash braking or evasive steering movement detected."
The device "card" number doesn't change with each purchase but it does have an additional one-time unique crytpogram as well as a dynamic security code that is needed to use that device number.
Boot camp combined with apprenticeship model is way better.
LaunchCode https://www.launchcode.org/ is non-profit, no ISA, no fee to applicant. Offers a free slower paced bootcamp (after work hours) that teach you the basics (two programming languages, git, mvc style web programming), but then you interview and place into a paid apprenticeship, about $15/hour, at an employer who trains you for the Job they want you to do (3-6 months), after which if the apprenticeship works out they hire you on with full entry level tech salary for that area.
The catch is it's only in Saint Louis, South Florida, Kansas City, and Tampa Bay.
Not to say any bootcamp wouldn't work, it's just the key to bootcamps working, is getting hired by a company that invests in training their Junior Devs, which is MUCH more important than the bootcamp itself.
Strong agree on the key to success being a company that will invest in training juniors. I think a lot of the noise around bootcamps misses this key fact - it's not really the education which makes people employable, it's the real-world work experience.
I think that just having a directory of companies that are willing to hire people with minimal experience at slightly-better-than minimum wage is a much better approach to the problem then trying to delude people that anyone can make six figures after a two month boot camp.
Some can, sure, but it's a much less reliable method than working in the industry for a few years.
I replaced the radio in my 2016 Toyota Prius V because the software was sooo bad. It was the only model in 2016 that didn't support hands free Siri, They pushed out a final update to etune 2.0 removing features as it moved into maintenance mode, and it crashed and rebooted on hands free calls.
I bought my new radio from crutchfield.com, they did all the compatibility checking for me, suggested all the additional adapters and devices for best compatibility, and for $25 spliced all the wiring harnesses for me. I installed it myself, and have been very happy with the results. I now have wireless carplay, so handsfree works great, I can easily get directions/eta while driving, I can easily listen to podcasts, and as a bonus I get visual information on various car sensors, like which door is ajar, and the PSI of each tire. The most important feature is that it hasn't crashed once.
The result has been better than I expected, there were somethings that weren't quite obvious, such as there not existing OEM adapters for the hands free mic and the gps receiver for my model of toyota. But ultimately, it wasn't hard to run the new mic and the new gps sensor that came with the radio out through the seams of the dash. The handsfree audio quality is way better with the new radio's mic. Everything else integrated with the OEM hardware of the car.
Interesting, I hate the entune system on my 2015 Prius V. I was afraid something aftermarket wouldn't be able to pull things like the gas mileage, hook into the backup cam, etc. Is there a model of replacement I should be looking into?
(I don't know the answer to this question) wouldn't that just mean that .netframework's last supported version of netstandard is 2, and then you have a netstandard 5 that's supported by .NET 5? I don't feel like that's especially confusing.
Python is really simple and easy to read, and macros can make it really hard to switch from code base to code base in ruby. Python is also the #1 intro teaching language in boot camps.
This happened with Ethereum early on. It's the cause of the Ethereum Classic fork since many oppose violating immutability.
In addition, my understanding is that many cash exchanges will not accept funds that have previously been identified in major hacks because they could be forced to return the funds to their rightful owners in addition to the cost of compliance with law enforcement.
There are "privacy"-focused cryptocurrencies that do not have this characteristic, the most well known of which is Monero.
[I am not an expert, just a casual news consumer of the space]
Miners would be the correct level for such a thing.
By blocking a specific address, it would effectively freeze all the funds held by it, preventing them from being transferred to anyone, including exchanges.
