Would you mind sharing how you go about making these?

I found the Cahill projection a few years ago and was disappointed that I couldn't seem to find one in print.

The one I found that seem to resemble it is the Waterman projection which is also available in printed versions.

An award-winning 5' Cahill-Keyes wall map, compiled by Duncan Webb, published in Feb. 2014, can be ordered here: http://www.genekeyes.com/world_map_poster.html

Spend a month or two reading the appropriate books about cartography, complex analysis, and approximation theory, and then write some Matlab code. :-)

I've reflected upon this recently.

Wouldn't a traditional company also benefit from using the same or similar tools for managing work as software companies? (mostly a rethorical question)

A lot of white collar workplaces have their homebrew Excel workbooks to keep track of tasks and a lot of meetings that fill up everyone's time in order to organize activities, leaving little time for the actual work to be done.

May I ask what your relation to these people is? Is it friends and family or prospective employers?

I really liked to play with this. Being able to create "music" without knowing anything about it.

Thought I'd share my tune with you guys and perhaps the person who made this sees it and finds it funny.

Rather catchy if I may say it myself.

Couldn't help but to make another one... http://superlooper.universlabs.co.uk/tFMe

I love how the app fades the notes out when you switch tabs. Very addictive little program.

Very nice!
