Spill supports employees with their mental health by providing access to next-day therapy and counselling sessions. We work with 600 small businesses across the UK and deliver 3,000 therapy sessions monthly (paid for by the company).

- set technical direction
- write code that improves our counsellor, employee and employer web apps
- line manage 5 software engineers
