Most companies nowadays already use Kanban workflows for project management. But it could also be a life-changing tool that you could easily integrate into your own personal daily life.


I personally use notion for task management. It’s straightforward to create a view that’s grouped by “status” (or anything) to mimic the kanban swim-lanes. Afterwards it’s a matter of good kanban hygiene (eg <= N active tasks at any given moment etc).
